PORT HENRY - The Lake Placid baseball team finished the regular season with its third win in a row May 20, a 6-1 victory over Moriah.
Blue Bombers ace Ryan Meyer took the mound and lived up to his billing after striking out 10 for the complete-game victory. He helped his own cause at the plate with two triples and a single.
Eddie Kane did his part for Lake Placid with two RBI and a run. Shane McNierney, Kamm Cassidy and Connor Preston also had hits for Lake Placid, which evened its record to 7-7 with the win.

Lake Placid will host Elizabethtown on May 24 in the first round of the Section VII, Class D tournament.
