She was predeceased by her companion William Kush; her son John H. Kane Jr.; her sisters Dorothy, Veronica and Shirley; and her brother Ronnie.

The joy of her life was her bi-weekly get together with her granddaughter, Samantha, and her visits with dear friends.

The arrangements are in charge of M.B. Clark, Inc., Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, with service immediately following at the funeral home. Burial will follow in North Elba Cemetery. The Rev. Ingrid Johnson will officiate.

Her favorite charity was St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, if you would like to contribute in her name.
