LPCA Brings Pop-Up Art Exhibit to Hotel Saranac
Lake Placid Center for the Arts (LPCA) is presenting a one-night pop-up art exhibit in the Great Hall at Hotel Saranac, Salon des Refusés, on Friday, Jan. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Back by popular demand, this special event serves as a counterpoint to the Metamorphosis Juried Art Show being held in the Gallery @ LPCA in Lake Placid and is fondly named after the original Salon des Refusés held in 1863 Paris.
This one-night-only celebration at the Hotel Saranac will feature all non-selected works submitted to Metamorphosis, food, drink and live music! The event is free to attend; there will be a cash bar.
Visit Metamorphosis in the Gallery @ LPCA (17 Algonquin Drive, Lake Placid) Thursday through Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m., Jan. 16 through March 1. Entrance to the Gallery @ LPCA is free to the public.
