Meachele Burgoyne Manchester took on the role of Official Winter Carnival photographer from Mark Kurtz in 2021. She was assisted in capturing the Winter Carnival action by volunteer photographers Suzanne Rice, Skip Murray, Dan Reilly, Lou Reuter, and granddaughter Emily Manchester, as well as several members of the Winter Carnival Committee. Shelly was born and raised in Saranac Lake and spent 35 years living in the Southern Tier before returning home in 2015. She has worked as an education grants writer and administrator for over 30 years and is currently employed part-time by the Beekmantown School District.

These will be the only public showings of the Winter Carnival Slide Show this year. There is no outdoor showing due to the closing fireworks now being held on Saturday night. The events are free and open to the public.
