Already another year has flown by, and our Mom, Ruth Hart, is having another birthday! She’ll be 103! On Sunday, May 1 (two days before her birthday) she would like to greet her many friends who mean so much to her. Weather permitting, Ruth will be sitting outside her house at 58 Interlaken Ave., Lake Placid, from 1 to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 1 to greet you. Please drive by and wish her a happy birthday.

Ruth has had a wonderful year. Great care and friendship from family, friends and very dedicated caregivers enriches her life every day. The nature outside her library window is endless, very fulfilling for her to watch; so many birds, squirrels, deer, fox, raccoons and Placid Lake and gorgeous Whiteface Mountain, especially on those Alpenglow evenings. She couldn’t ask for more.
